COVID info
We are continuing to monitor COVID and any requirements from local and state health departments, as well as recommendations from the CDC. During the conference, we will follow any requirements and will require masks while in indoor spaces.
The EEAI board and conference committee will be making a decision about our current conference plans by early October. At that time we may decide to go 100% virtual. We really want to gather in-person but we also want to make a responsible decision regarding the conference.
If you have not already registered, registration for the in-person conference is strongly encouraged because we'll have to give meal numbers to the Spring Mill Inn in early October. The block of rooms will not be held after October 12. Any reserved hotel rooms can be canceled up to 4 days in advance of the reservation for a full refund.
To register and for more information about the conference, go to www.EEAI.org
If the conference moves to 100% virtual, your registration will be converted and you will be refunded. If at any point, you want to switch to a virtual option, you can contact Paul McAfee (pmcafee@toast.net) - please do so by Monday, November 1st.
We will share updates as they become available!
We hope to see you in November!
